Rum Spirits – Taste Adventure & Investment

with 2 Comments
as a sailor, having crewed up for 13 little amateur “Rum Race Regattas” in Auckland NZ in 2010, I’m pretty nostalgic when it gets to Rum. To me, thats all spirit of beautiful wooden sailboats, adventurous cruising the wide blue ocean, & soaking in all the exotic beauty of luscious green islands, sweet colourful yummy fruit, & sunshine people w/ great smiles. All that’s the buzz w/ rum spirit. …
Thank God all the sad sides to that colonial rum running routs have lifted.
Now we get all the nice new fresh approach to a beautiful craftsmanship of agricultural distilleries doing their magic to distill exotic endeavors into gorgeous buttery tasty liquid, or know the art to ripe it right to get that more smokey flavor to hang in that golden glass.
If you want to go hunt for that liquid treasure: There’s Rum that cost 60’000.-
would you believe?!
Now while I’ve not been privileged to taste it (yet 😉 ) I clearly see this is a new idea of investment! How about you: Ever thought of that adventurous spirit being an investment opportunity? It might not be the most obvious spark you get when you surround yourself with rum, but rumor has it that investing in bottles has come back into some minds. Just a thought, if you wanna take leadership to new lifestyle levels, & set sails for new grounds in your portfolio…
